Services

Embroidery

Give an added perception of quality to your product with a beautiful embroidery. High-quality thread and high-speed sewing machines are used to embroider your logo. We calculate the cost of embroidery based on the required number of stitches, keeping costs low. We can embroider as many as 15 colours.

Transfer

The most colourful images can be printed on a wide range of products, such as caps and bags, using this method. Using glue and a heat press at temperatures around 140 degrees, the print is transferred to the product.

Sublimation

With this method, your image is first printed on paper and then transferred to the textile product with appropriate heat and pressure. The heat rays, sublimation paper and special ink allow you to print full colour on a large surface area.

Pad printing

Screen print

Commonly used printing technique. By placing a screen printing frame on top of a product, you can use a squeegee to press the ink through the fine mesh of the frame, transferring your print onto your product. This technique is often used on items such as clothing, bags and ribbons used for straw hats.

Embossing

To literally make an image stand out and create a vivid 3D appearance, the design is printed onto a thin material with force and heat. We often use this process for leather items. The new PU labels are ideal for this technique. This gives every item an elegant look.

Laser engraving 

If you want a luxurious look with the PU Label on your cap or hat, opt for laser engraving. Because the laser engraving machine is controlled by a computer, it is possible to laser relatively small designs onto the labels. The colour is determined by the colour of the chosen PU label. The design is burned into the material, so to speak, so the underlying layer becomes visible.

Patch embroidery

Enhance the quality perception of your product with high-quality patch embroidery. This technique creates durable, detailed patches that can be sewn or heat-applied to various products, adding a professional and stylish touch. Using premium threads and precision stitching, patch embroidery ensures a long-lasting and vibrant design, perfect for branding, uniforms, or decorative elements.

Rubber Badge

Eye-catching, sleek and modern. These are the characteristics of a rubber badge. Design your logo in up to 4 colours. Available in a square (5 x 5 cm), rectangular (7.8 x 3.6) and round (5 cm) version. In terms of print size, keep approximately 1.5 cm less. The badge is sewn onto the article. Suitable for hats and garments.

Woven label

Perhaps the most subtle editing for brand promotion: the woven label. The label (10 x 1.5 cm) is woven entirely to size with polyester thread. You can choose up to 4 colours. The size of our statement is produced at 3.3 x 1 cm. Available in the rectangular version, ideal for articles with a cover. There is also a square version measuring 5 x 5 cm.
